CANline A/D interface
The A/D interface has 12 protected analog inputs for 4 ... 20 mA and integrates
max. 12 analog transmitter signals into the Kimessa CANbus.
Behind the front cover are the adjustment elements such as:
- SW 1 Number of channels to be assigned
- SW 2 DIP switch is for the CAN start address
- Status LED voltage on green for 2 seconds (then green off for 100 msec. when BUS signal transmission is complete)
- Red flashes if there is no CAN signal transmission within 10 seconds.
- Red flashing / green off, error present: Undervoltage, uP temperature too high or triggered polyfuse
CANline Relay Extender 4
- The CANline relay extender is used to control peripheral devices such as ventilation systems, alarm displays, horns, flashing lights, throttle valves, etc.
- Extension by 4 potential-free relay contacts
- The individual relays can be programmed in different modes; e.g. pulsating, manual reset, etc.
- The relay extenders are integrated into the CANline network wherever required, just like the gas measurement transmitters or a display.
- Up to 6 relay extenders can be connected to one CANline bus.
- The relays are protected from external overload by fuses.
- The relay extender is preferably connected to the CANline network.
- Power supply mounted in the control cabinet.

CANline BUS extender
With the CANline BUS extender, an additional bus line with a maximum of 32 gas measurement transmitters and 8 relay cards with 4 relays each and an unlimited number of touch displays can be connected.
- The BUS extender is used to extend a CANline 32+ control panel by a further 32 gas measurement transmitters
- A maximum of 3 bus extenders can be connected for 96 (3×32) gas measurement transmitters
- The bus extender is preferably installed in the control cabinet with the CANline network power supply.
- incl. spring clip for DIN rail mounting
- Swiss quality product
CANline CWS web server
- The CANline web server CWS 101 is used for graphical visualization and recording of up to 4 CANline gas warning systems using a web browser
- Display of the operating statuses using bar charts in different colors (green = operation, orange = pre-alarm red = main alarm, grey = sensor inactive red and "error" = technical fault
- Measured gas concentrations are saved when the concentration changes
- Ongoing storage of operating statuses: pre-alarm, main alarm and fault
Sending e-mails in the event of gas alarms - DIN rail mounting for installation in a switch cabinet
- Up to 4 CANline control units can be visualized simultaneously
- The connection is made via a 3-wire cable (Modbus-RTU) to the CANline control center
- Plug & Play: automated display setup based on the configuration of the CANline control center (measuring ranges, limit values, sensor locations, sensor type and unit)
CANline touch display
- The CANline touch display is used to graphically display the measured physical values
- Display of the operating statuses using bar charts in different colors (green = operation, orange = pre-alarm red = main alarm, grey = sensor inactive red and "error" = technical fault
- Measured gas concentrations are automatically saved and can be called up by touching the sensor channel
- Automatic storage of operating states: pre-alarm, main alarm and fault
- They can be mounted either on the enclosure door or built into a housing directly on the wall
- The connection is made via bus wiring to the CANline control center
- Automatic display setup after importing the programming of the CANline control center
- Labeling the gas measurement transmitter via touch input
