ProfiSignal is the classic standard tool for measurement and process data acquisition, test stand automation and measurement technology. The application range for the measurement technology software is from simple data archiving and visualization to complete automation solutions with automated reporting.

With ProfiSignal, three different versions are available to you as classic measurement technology software. Thus, your measuring task can be optimally adapted and implemented.

ProfiSignal Go

Fast measured value acquisition

With the ProfiSignal Go software, you can start acquiring and evaluating your measurement data without long preparation. A wide range of functions are available to help you solve your measurement problems.

The principle of the ProfiSignal Go data acquisition software is based on any number of online analyses, whereby each online analysis can be assigned a diagram with any number of selectable channels. You can assign a trend diagram (y(t) diagram), a characteristic curve diagram (y(x) diagram) or a logic diagram to the individual online analyses.

ProfiSignal Go has an online and an offline mode. With the online mode, you can observe the current events of your processes. With the offline mode you can access historical data, also in high resolution. You can move back and forth on the timeline.

The statistics as well as the on- and offline calculation functions round off the range of functions of ProfiSignal Go and facilitate the evaluation of your measurements.

ProfiSignal Basic

Monitoring with ProfiSignal Basic

ProfiSignal Basic enables measurement data analysis directly in the visualisation interface and/or in individual diagrams, independent of your application. With the ProfiSignal Basic monitoring software, you can create your individual applications with visualisation charts, characteristic curves or trends.

The diagrams can be switched directly from visualisation to full-screen mode, making all functions of measurement data analysis easily accessible for online or historical data. In addition to the visualisation of processes and data, visual objects such as text input fields, switches, buttons and slide or rotary controls also enable the operation of systems.

You can create the operating and observation diagrams by compiling and configuring the elements. Basic functions are already included for the operation of test stands and the automation of measurement tasks. ProfiSignal Basic contains all the functions of ProfiSignal Go.

Automation with ProfiSignal Klicks

ProfiSignal Klicks is an automation software with which you can operate, observe and control your tests as well as record and evaluate measurement data. You as the user do not need to learn a programming language at all.

The structure diagram allows you to structure each programme step of your application in a clear, interlinked manner and thus always maintain an overview. Every test sequence, trial and process sequence can be represented in the form of a structure diagram with just a few graphic building blocks.

With the ProfiSignal Klicks automation software, the creation of individual reports with diagrams, tables, comments, etc., which are generated automatically, e.g. according to your test sequence, will considerably reduce your documentation effort.

Through the simple creation of visual diagrams and the intuitive programming technique, you as the user create your application directly. These are generated from simple representations with simple on/off switches to complex process sequences or test stand applications with parameter entries, process sequences via visualisation and automatic reporting. ProfiSignal Klicks contains all the functions of ProfiSignal Go and ProfiSignal Basic.

With ProfiSignal 20 you can now visualise and analyse your measurement data platform-independently and monitor and control your processes without effort.

You can use the measurement software on the desktop PC in your office or on the measurement computer in the control center. Due to its future-oriented platform independence, ProfiSignal 20 can also be used on tablets and smartphones.

With ProfiSignal 20 Basic you can create individual charts using a wide range of operating and observation elements.

Both continuous processes (e.g. production data acquisition) and discontinuous measurement tasks (e.g. test measurements) can be visualised, operated and monitored without any programming effort. You can create the operating and monitoring diagrams by assembling and configuring the prefabricated elements.

All functions of the ProfiSignal 20 Go software, with the different diagram types as well as analysis and export functions, are completely included in ProfiSignal 20 Basic and round off the functional diversity of your application.

In addition to the visualisation and analysis of measured values, many users need a simple way to monitor and control their processes. Delphin Data Center

Central measurement data management

The Delphin Data Center is the solution used for the worldwide measurement networking and control of plants, machines and test stands.

The Delphin Data Center is a centralised measurement data management system that networks, centrally stores, monitors and analyses the measurement data of systems, machines and test stands. The measurement data is archived in a valid and traceable way and is able to access it within seconds, whether on a network, via PC or mobile via smartphone or tablet. To realise any set-up, for example with a NAS drive as the central data server, the Delphin Data Center can be installed not only on Windows but also on Linux systems.

A special highlight of the Delphin Data Center is the possibility for machine or plant manufacturers to expand their business model by providing their end customers with access to the operating parameters and status data of the assets they have purchased. User-selective access rights ensure that each end customer only has access to the assets that belong to them. Data security and integrity are ensured at all times thanks to SSL-encrypted transmission.

The Delphin Data Center is the heart of the measurement data management system. It merges, synchronises and intelligently pre-processes the data, and uses data compression to optimise storage and performance. Software channels provide extensive functions for calculating and analysing measurement data. The Delphin Data Center also offers user and alarm management across systems. Automated measurement data export is also possible, e.g. into ASCII or CSV formats.
