Hot-air sterilizers have been equipped with a couple of additional functions that protect samples.
They can sterilize at temperatures of up to 250°C.
Sterilizers SRW Smart for disinfection of masks
In order to reduce the shortage, there are various indications as how to disinnfect the face masks, so they can be reused.
Stanford University researchers recommend sterlizing the N95 masks at 85°C for 20 minutes.
The only places where you cannot re-use a protective equipment (even sanitized) are operating rooms. However for a daily hospital duties or in stationary care, they are ideal.
With Natural Air Convection
Natural air circulation sterilizers are available in 3 sizes 56, 112 and 245 liters capacity. These units are only available with a Smart controller that has 3 preloaded sterilization programs. The appliance door is automatically locked during sterilization. They can only be unlocked at the end of the sterilization program or, if necessary, after it has been stopped manually. At the same time as the door locks, the ventilation chimney is closed.

With Forced Air Circulation
The forced air sterilizers are available in 6 chamber sizes from 56 to 1005 liters capacity. Laboratory sterilizers are designed to sterilize with hot air the elements used in everyday work in the laboratory. They are also perfect for unusual applications such as sterilization and disinfection of documents or masks.
Dedicated stainless steel racks are available for sterilization of masks (both surgical and FFP2/FFP3 or N95) and documents or books.

Pass-through sterilizers - as a link between the clean and dirty zones
Pass-through sterilizers are made on the basis of standard laboratory drying ovens and are used on production lines as well as a connector drying / sterilizing between clean and dirty areas.
The chamber of POL-EKO passage sterilizer is made of stainless steel and the casing is made of powder-painted sheet metal. The device is equipped with a color touch screen Smart display. POL-EKO pass-through sterilizers have forced air circulation. The units are available in two capacities - 115l and 240l.
The units have solid doors at the front and rear. On the front there is a touch panel of the Smart controller and on the back there are 3 indicator lights which inform about the status of the sterilization program. Hot air sterilizers with a pass-through design are used on production lines and as a drying/sterilizing link between clean and dirty zones.
