Cooled incubators (ST) is a thermostatic device designed to store samples at a specific temperature. Cooled incubators (ST) have a heating system and a cooling system, so samples can be stored/incubated above or below ambient temperature.

Cooled incubators (ST) manufactured by POL-EKO have internal LED lighting. For security purposes, the chamber door (solid) is lockable. All cabinet models are available in Smart and Smart PRO controller versions.

Cooled incubators (ST) can be used for stability testing with high temperature accuracy. A common application is also the use of cabinets to store vaccines and medicines in refrigerated conditions and medicines between +18°C and +20°C (in places where there is no air conditioning and in summer the air temperature is much higher than the room temperature that is recommended for storing some medicines).

Cooled incubators (ST) are available in 3-chamber versions (model ST 1/1/1) and 2-chamber versions (models ST 1/1, ST 2/2, ST 3/2), where each chamber is controlled independently. This solution saves space in the lab and allows testing at two different temperatures. Multi-chamber devices may be available in so-called mixed versions, e. g. a thermostatic cabinet and laboratory refrigerator or a thermostatic cabinet and freezer, where each chamber is also independently controlled

Multi-Chamber Thermostatic Cabinets

You can combine an ST cooled incubator with a CHL refrigerator (in the same version – BASIC/COMFORT/PREMIUM) and a ZLN 85+ freezer to have a double chamber unit.

There are also triple chamber units such as ST1/1/1 and CHL 1/1/1. You can combine 2 chambers of ST 1 with 1 chamber of CHL 1 and vice-versa.

BOD Incubators

Brand NEW BOD incubators for Oxi-Top® system ST BD series.

The ST BD incubators come with 230V internal sockets and have been designed to suit 2, 3 or 4 sets of WTW OxiTop® IS 12 (depending on the model).

BOD Incubators are available in 3 sizes of chambers: 150, 250 and 300 litres capacity. All have forced air circulation and full exterior door. Chambers are made in version B (basic) - the interior is made of aluminium, casing of powder-coated sheet. The entire ST BD range is offered with Smart controllers.

Cooled Incubators (IL)

USED FOR MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS

Cooled incubators are perfect for incubation of samples in a stable environment, regardless of ambient conditions, at the temperature from -10 up to +100°C.

Cooled incubators can be equipped with Smart or Smart PRO controller which allow to program time-temperature profiles, carry out incubations at different temperatures and simulate the processes occurring when changing the temperature of samples.

Cooled incubators IL manufactured by POL-EKO are equipped with double door with lock. All units have an access port for inserting an external sensor placed on the side wall. The interior of the chamber is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, which makes it easy to clean.

The ILP Peltier-cooled incubators are manufactured in 4 sizes, from 56 to 749 l. They are available in Smart and Smart PRO controller versions. The unit can be made of powder-coated sheet metal in light grey with a graphite extension (other colours according to RAL are available) or structural stainless steel (linen).

All Peltier-cooled laboratory incubators are equipped with an internal glass door to facilitate viewing of the load during the process (optionally, the unit may have an external door with a vision window so that processes can be observed without opening the door, as long as the research being conducted allows light to enter the chamber).

Save space in your laboratory
The ILC 180 SMART PRO Incubator is stackable. Two units can be stacked on top of each other. For this purpose the stacking optional adaptor is required. It prevents heat transmission, shocks and vibrations transferring from one chamber to another. The base on castors allows the incubator to be easily moved from one location to another. It is also recommended to avoid dirt from the floor potentially contaminating the chamber.

USED FOR INCUBATING THE SAMPLES

Laboratory incubators are thermostatic devices used to incubate samples in temperature conditions (up to a maximum of +100 °C)

Laboratory incubators are devices equipped only with a heater system (no cooling system). These devices maintain a constant temperature from 5 °C above the ambient temperature to maximum of 100 °C. Thus, these devices will allow proper testing under specific temperature conditions.

CL laboratory incubators are available with double door (external solid, internal glass). Optionally, the external door can be fitted with a vision window to allow observation of samples. In order to secure the cartridge, all doors are locked.The housing can be powder coated or made of structural stainless steel (linen). POL-EKO laboratory incubators are equipped with LAN port and USB port for efficient data transfer to external media. Laboratory incubators are distinguished by a microprocessor-based, large colour display available in Smart and Smart PRO options.
