K-Patents Sanitary Compact Refractometer PR-23-AC
K-Patents Sanitary Compact Refractometer PR-23-AC provides accurate means for measuring Brix and liquid concentrations in small pipe line sizes of 2.5 inch and smaller. The PR-23-AC sensor is installed in the pipe bend. It is angle mounted in the outer corner of the pipe bend directly or through a flow cell and 3A Sanitary clamp or Varivent® connection. This way the best flow conditions and self cleaning effect can be achieved.
K-Patents Sanitary Compact Refractometer PR-23-AC
K-Patents Sanitary Probe Refractometer PR-23-AP provides accurate means for measuring Brix and liquid concentrations in large pipes, tanks, crystallizers and kettles and in higher temperatures up to 150°C (300°F).
The PR-23-AP sensor is installed in the pipe line or vessel through a 2.5 inch or 4 inch Sanitary clamp.
K-Patents Sanitary Compact Refractometer PR-23-GP
K-Patents Process Refractometer PR-23-GP is an ideal instrument for measuring Brix in the demanding cane and beet sugar refining and milling processes.
The PR-23-GP sensor is installed via a flange or a clamp connection.
The measurement range covers 0-100 % by weight. The accuracy is typically ±0.1 % b.w. and the measurement is automatically temperature compensated. Low and high concentration alarms can be configured. Because of the digital sensing technology, the PR-23-GP it can measure dissolved sugar without influences from undissolved particles or crystals. Therefore, it is reliable instrument for monitoring the syrup / mother liquor concentration in crystallization process.

K-Patents Saunders Body Refractometer PR-23-W
K-Patents Saunders Body Refractometer PR-23-W is designed for use in chemically aggressive solutions and ultra-pure fine chemical processes in large-scale production and in large pipelines (diameter 50, 80 or 100 mm; 2 inch, 3 inch or 4 inch respectively).
The PR-23-W is delivered with a Saunders (DIAPHRAGM) valve body and can be mounted either in a vertical or horizontal pipe. The Saunders body material is graphite cast iron, which provides a solid mechanical base. A PFA-lining ensures the chemical resistance. The sensor wetted parts materials are Spinel or Sapphire (prism), PTFE (prism gasket), PVDF or PTFE (Teflon®). The sensor cover is stainless steel AISI 316L.
K-Patents Teflon Body Refractometer PR-23-M
K-Patents Teflon Body Refractometer PR-23-M is designed to be used in chemically aggressive solutions and ultra-pure fine chemical processes. It has a built-in flow cell designed to keep all metal and other easily corroding parts from coming into contact with the process liquid. All the wetted parts are made of non-metallic materials, either PTFE (Teflon®) or PVDF (Kynar®), and thus the PR-23-M sensor withstands corrosion well.
The PR-23-M sensor is connected to the process by a G1/2 inch female or a 1/2 inch NPT process connection.
K-Patents Sanitary OEM Refractometer PR-33-AC
K-Patents digital Sanitary OEM Refractometer PR-33-AC is designed to meet the needs of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and integrators serving beverage, dairy and food processing industries.
The Sanitary OEM Refractometer operation is not affected by particles, bubbles or color changes of the medium. Because of the digital sensing technology, even large amounts of suspended solids or bubbles do not affect the measurement, or the accuracy.
The Sanitary OEM Refractometer is installed in the main processing line and no by-pass arrangements are required.
K-Patents Semicon Process Refractometer PR-33-S
K-Patents Semicon Process Refractometer PR-33-S monitors the fab chemicals' concentration in cleanroom environment and in the integrated process tools (blending, clean, etch, and CMP).
The PR-33-S consists of an ultra-pure, modified PTFE flow cell body and an Ethernet cable that any standard PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) switch can use to transmit power to the sensor and data to a computer. The PR-33-S monitors chemical concentrations in real-time and provides an Ethernet output signal and immediate feedback, if the chemical is out of specifications. For example, low and high concentration alarms may be configured to control and increase bath life. The concentration is determined by making an optical measurement of the solution’s Refractive Index nD and temperature.
The PR-33-S is mounted directly in-line with a flare or pillar fitting. The PR-33-S has a compact, metal-free construction and it only needs a small footprint area.
