Knick Indicators

Knick logo-small

Whoever wants to monitor and control processes, must detect different process variables. The measurements are usually carried out in a wide variety of environments with significant fluctuations in temperature and humidity, in aggressive, explosive atmospheres, or with strong vibrations.

The high-precision universal digital indicators from Knick require no external power source and are perfectly suited for use under difficult conditions – e.g. in hazardous areas.

Loop-Powered Digital Indicators in Panel-Mount Housing

Loop-powered digital indicators, character height 16 to 23 mm, for 0(4)…20 mA loops.

Process Indicator 830 S1

Loop-Powered Digital Indicators in Panel-Mount Housing

Digital loop-powered 830 series indicators are universally usable in current measurement circuits; switching (either 0 … 20 mA or 4 … 20 mA) is simply performed via the terminals. The measured value is displayed for a current as low as 0.3 mA. Thanks to the low voltage drop of just 0.5 V, the use in current loops with a low load voltage is also possible.

  • Digital indicator without power supply or power cables
  • No signal interference from power supply coupling
  • Indicator not affected by grid outage
  • No parasitic voltages
  • Universal range adjustment
  • Selectable unit symbols
  • Freely configurable, floating min/max switched outputs, optional

Process Indicator 830 R

Loop-Powered Digital Indicators in Field Housing

Digital loop-powered 830 series indicators are universally useable in current measurement circuits; switching (either 0 … 20 mA or 4 …20 mA) is simply performed via the terminals. The measured value is displayed for a current as low as 0.3 mA. Thanks to the low voltage drop of just 0.5 V, the use in current loops with a low load voltage is also possible.

  • Digital indicator without power supply or power cables
  • Mo signal interference from power supply coupling
  • Indicator not affected by grid outage
