Fiocchetti Freezers

Available in a wide range of dimensions and capacities, all Fiocchetti’s professional upright or chest freezers cover a wide range of temperatures from -10°C to -86°C. Because of this Fiocchetti’s freezers can be adapted to various applications in the medical-scientific field and they are compliant to the most international laws.

ECT-F TOUCH

The ECT-F TOUCH range refrigerators and freezers include as standard the recording of temperatures and alarms for the last 10 years, downloadable via the supplied SD card and software, or directly with an USB pen from the front of the equipment.

The 7’’ user friendly Touch screen offers at a glance any control and command function while allowing a quick access to any recorded data including:

Instant real temperature with 0.1° precision, and a pre-set set point that can be modified directly from the screen.
Real time graph of the equipment temperature, customizable, showing up to 3 probe traces (ECT-F controller, evaporator, condenser and, if available: humidity probe, DMLP TOUCH - with additional sensor, temperature product simulation or second chamber probe-).
This multi-trace graph shows the temperature of the refrigerator for the last 6 hours, and shows other information with specific graphs.
Power consumption value (power consumption in 24hours, instant consumption etc.).
Working status of the equipment.
Mains tension; status and tension of the batteries (if present)
Icons for accessing: settings and user panel - light - electric digital key lock (optional) - graph details.

ECT-F

Electronic controller, with 0,1 °C resolution, fitted with backlit alphanumeric display with a 5 languages menu. Clear and precise information concerning the working status of the unit is displayed, and so are all the detected critical temperatures.
A password, when activated, identifies two separate access level to the controller (end user and Service), thus protecting the working parameters, the On/Off main switch (on request) and the operating set-point of the unit. The interactive display may be customized and enables an immediate check of all main settings for a fast trouble shooting of eventual problems (Doctor View).
Special functions such as Stop-on-door and Advanced defrosting functions allow an efficient managing of the defrost cycles, reducing thermal variations and consumption.
A list of the last 16 alarms is available from the screen, with signals for:

Open door
High temperature
Low temperature
Power failure (signaled only when power is restored and if temperature has exceeded the pre-set limits)
Clogged condenser

ECT-F PLUS

In addition to ECT-F controller features, new ECT-F PLUS control board includes:

Back-up batteries for power failure alarm up to 48H (24H for 2T models)
High temperature alarm due to power failure
Temperature display during power failure
Min/Max temperature recording function
Potential free contact for remote alarms

FREEZER Range

Freezer range includes professional units with temperature range settable between -10 and -25°C, from 140 to 1500 litres capacity. Thanks to their reliability, they can store in totally safe conditions biological and laboratory samples and comply with the different needs of the medical field.

VISION Range

Freezer models with glass doors, developed for the storage of coeliac disease products, drugs and biological samples that should always remain in clear sight, without accessing directly to the equipment. The triple door layer glass doors are fitted with a heated gasket avoiding freezing. Both series are available either with ECT-F, ECT-F PLUS or ECT-F TOUCH Touch controller.

SUPERARCTIC Range

The freezer series SUPERARTIC has been developed to answer the needs of low temperature storage, in particular between -20 and -40°C. The stylish design joins a sturdy construction and a high insulation thickness – thanks to high density foaming -, allowing to maintain low temperatures with a consistent power saving.

ULTRAFREEZER Range

Developed to fulfill specific needs of ultra-low temperatures storage (-50/-86°), the Ultrafreezer Series provides optimal conditions for many uses in the medical and laboratory fields. Ultrafreezers are available in wide range of upright and chest models, all equipped with an advanced microprocessor based controller with 7" Touchscreen display and temperature daily graph, alarm system with back-up battery, USB port for data download, pass-through port. The data-recording supplied software will display and detail on the pc all information regarding the functioning of the equipment, the back-up system (if present), the status of the door, the temperatures detected by the different probes, the battery tension level of the alarm system. It is also possible to assign, thanks to a supplied configurator, an IP address to the freezer for its connection into a local net (Ethernet port ) or to visualize its status through a common Internet browser.

Ultrafreezer series can be equipped with several accessories for different use destinations: cryo gloves, voltage stabilizer, CO2 back-up battery, and various storage racks in stainless steel or aluminium (with drawers) for vials, boxes or other goods.
